Nothing runs until a person approves it
The AI drafts. By default a person other than the author approves each version. An admin can let the AI activate tested versions of one workflow, and that is shown on the workflow.
Approve a workflowAsk Claude, ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for the integration you need. Liitora checks it, a person on your team approves it, and only then does it run, with a record of everything it does.
Early access now, with half price for the first year. Tell us one integration you need and we set it up with you.
I wrote the workflow Leaver access check. It is in Liitora, waiting for someone on your team to approve it.
liitora · save_workflow · tests 4/4 passedWhen HR marks someone as left, check Entra ID and GitHub for access that is still there, open a ServiceNow ticket for each account and email the owner.
So most teams pick one of two bad options.
You keep using the AI assistant you know. Liitora is the careful part between its idea and your systems.
When HR marks someone as left, check that their Entra ID and GitHub access is gone. Open a ticket for anything left over.
name: Leaver access checkon: webhook: hr-leaverssteps: - id: entra uses: microsoft/entra.user-access@v2 with: { connection: entra-prod } - id: github uses: github/org.member@v1 - id: ticket if: ${{ steps.entra.outputs.active || steps.github.outputs.member }} uses: servicenow/incident.create@v1 Saved as a draft. Nothing runs yet. When the webhook hr-leavers receives a delivery, look up the person in Entra ID and GitHub. If any access is left, open a ServiceNow ticket and email the owner.
- id: ticket- uses: servicenow/incident.create@v1+ uses: servicenow/incident.create@v2+ - id: notify+ uses: platform/email.send@v1 Every input, output and HTTP call is logged, with secrets masked. A failure alerts the people you choose.
Every control below is part of every plan. None of it is an add-on.

Least privilegeAI assistants see secret names only. People fill in the values, which are encrypted and never shown again.
Add a secretTests with mocked systems run on every save. A version can be activated only when its tests pass.

Connect your assistant to Liitora in a few minutes. It can write, test and explain workflows. It can't approve a version or read a secret value, and it activates a workflow only where an admin allows it.

Create a connectionNIS2, DORA and the EU AI Act ask you to show who approved what, what each automation can reach, and what it did. Liitora keeps that record for you. Your compliance team decides what it proves.

Not by default. An AI assistant can write and test a workflow, but it saves drafts. A person on your team approves each version before it runs, and Liitora runs the approved version exactly as written.
An admin can choose, for one workflow at a time, to let the AI activate versions whose tests pass. Liitora doesn't run an AI model of its own.
Liitora runs on UpCloud in Helsinki, Finland, and run logs and files stay there. Each workflow shows where its data goes before you approve it.
One production start of a workflow, from its trigger to its end, however many steps it has. A poll that finds three new items starts three runs, and a poll that finds nothing starts none. A workflow started by another workflow is its own run. Test runs, dry runs and workflow tests never count.
No. Instead, you can try Business free for 30 days, with no card. We would rather spend our time helping teams who are evaluating Liitora seriously, and keep every customer's fixed outbound address clean. Building and testing workflows never count towards your runs.
Soon. A Liitora runner in your own network will keep a workflow's secrets, data and calls with you, while Liitora plans the runs and shows their status.

Yes. Workflows are plain YAML files you can read, and you can export everything your company has in Liitora at any time.
Not yet. We are a young company and say so. Until then, our security overview describes every control, and the DPA and the list of subprocessors are published before launch.
Soon, once our production costs are confirmed. Every plan is a flat monthly price, excluding VAT. Ask us for early access and we tell you the price before you commit to anything.
